challenge
Our client, a European company that develops and manufactures aircraft parts, began implementing a complex network infrastructure programme to be rolled out in cities across Europe and North America.
To achieve its ambitious goal, the company partnered with Emposo for urgent additional programme and project management support. We worked with the company to ensure the successful global roll-out of critical programmes.
The
solution
Emposo first conducted a series of consultations to understand the project lifecycle management (PLM) requirements. We then deployed a team of project managers to work alongside the company’s own project management team. Having previously rolled out comparable network infrastructure programmes on a global scale, our expert consultants provided the necessary technical knowledge that the client needed. They focused on the PLM of the UK component, as well as two additional critical projects: NetApp refresh and Palo Alto implementation.
