We first carried out a discovery exercise to fully understand the problem and gather more information on the company’s technology stack. After a full assessment, we proposed creating Microsoft Forms to replace the existing paper and online documents. We also recommended developing triggers in Power Automate to improve intelligence and workflow functionality for each.
